Tonight, I heard noises from the baby monitor at around 1am and when I went up to our bedroom, I found Swe-cha wandering around. I was surprised because even though he has been climbing up and getting off the bed by himself all these months, he does not leave the bed unless someone is with him. When he wakes up, he usually makes a sound and patiently waits on the bed until someone gets to him. Obviously, those days are over.
Anyway, I get up on the bed, he follows me, puts his head on my tummy and goes to sleep. I love these moments :) *kilig*

While we're on the "wandering around" topic, we're also experiencing a very bad case of cabin fever these days because of tropical storm Lee. The constant rain is preventing us from going out on our usual walks when we get home from daycare and Swe-cha is just bursting with energy.
Today, we decided to heed Ninang A's advice to "go to the mall". Well, we didn't really go to the mall as it was already late so I brought him to the nearby grocery store and let him do his thing.
Wow, he ran and ran. He ran around the display tables, he ran around the fruit stands, the different product stands and darted in and out the aisles. I just followed behind him. Thankfully, there weren't many shoppers around. When it was time to go home, I caught him and carried him kicking / complaining back to the car - he wasn't done running around.

Oh, and yes, I did buy a few items before we left so we didn't waste the trip to the grocery store.
