Letters and Numbers

This post is brought to you by the number 5 and the letters F, O, E, and S.

Last night, I gave Swe-cha a magnetic blackboard and letters / numbers to play with. As he was messing around with it - stepping on the blackboard on the floor and mixing up the letters and numbers "majhong" style - he picked up the number 5 and says "ibe". Later, he picks up an F and says "E!", so I correct him and show him correct letter. Some time later, he picks up the letter O and says "ooooo".

"Eeek, bisaya", I thought to myself and I corrected his pronounciation.

Tonight, he impressed me because for the 2nd consecutive night, he picks up the 5 and says "ibe" again. Then he picks up F and says "efff" and then the S and says "essss".
