THE Plan

Swe-cha was put to bed at 9:30p last night but even though he tried to sleep, he didn't doze off until 12midnight. Nevertheless, we woke him up at 8a this morning, as ordered by daycare. I fed him his breakfast by 8:15 and we were at daycare by 9a.

I was glad that Swe-cha was cooperative this morning, despite being woken up. He did have a good appetite during breakfast too.

Daycare and I worked out a plan. Instead of bringing him to daycare 3x a week (part time), we'll bring him in everyday at 9a and pick him up at 12nn. I'll bring him home in time for lunch and nap. When he is okay w/ the schedule & the napping-on-the-mat situation, we'll slowly extend his hours at daycare.

I brought home his mat today and hope to get him used to sleeping on it soon.
