A child-safety thread is now going on in my egroup and thought I'd share what we did with our balcony rails, we got the idea from our neighbor.[Click on the picture to enlarge]
We got some plastic fencing material from our local home supply store (Home Depot) and just attached it to the rails using zip ties. Quick and easy, took us 10 minutes to attach. Now, we can play and hang out in the balcony w/o worrying about our child slipping through the rails.
